8 1/2 film review

"8 1/2 (1963)" Movie review: Milestone in film history

The avant-garde film from Fellini “8 ½ (1963)” about trials and tribulations of filmmaking is a milestone in film history for its abstract, surrealist direction, physiological and experimental plot. My rating is 8.5/10.

cruella-conjuring-3 film reviews

Cruella: not as cruel | The Conjuring 3: a drama film – Movie Reviews

The movie is darkly humorous and enjoyable to the target audience (if it’s for kids). To the rest, it’s cruelly long, banal script and dreadful characterization and is let down to splendid high fashion costumes put into the film.

As a drama film, “The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do (2021)” is satisfactory, but the movie went down the tubes as a horror film. Definitely missed James wan’s direction.

Horimiya (2021) anime Review

Horimiya (2021) Review: we all have sides that we don’t show to the world except…

“Horimiya” is a cheerful, heartwarming, wholesome rom-com series. The simple yet treasured moments, watching movies together, awkward love moments, little conflicts, subtle humor, getting jealous and furious for little things are adorable, honest, feels real and relatable. With artistic cherry blossom animation, Horimiya might be the best romcom of 2021.

The Father / Vakeel Saab / Godzilla vs. Kong

The Father / Vakeel Saab / Godzilla vs. Kong – Capsule Reviews

The Father: The movie you can’t get out of your head. “The Father (2020)” places the audience in the mind of someone struggling to find reality. Anthony Hopkins again surprises with his masterclass acting.

Vakeel Saab: The critical social message is tumbled down by unnecessary commercial elements. Poor execution, the exaggerated lead character, tedious writing makes Vakeel Saab (2021) an unfaithful remake of Pink (2016).
